CHARGING TOWARDS THE KEYBOARDING OLYMPICS

When looking for typing skills in a future employee, Scot Ober's study found that most employers are looking for a speed of 50-60 words per minute.

This website is designed to help students improve their keyboarding skills by first breaking down the keyboard and building their foundational knowledge while gradually building their speed and accuracy.

At the end of this unit the students will participate in a keyboarding olympics. Every student wants to show their skills and this is a fun, competitive, but safe activity that adds a fun challenge to the end of this unit.
